A white pearl necklace with a pear shaped sapphire pendant and two round brilliant cut diamonds in a bezel setting.

The sapphire was an emerald cut square sapphire. It was recut into a pear shape. The sapphire and diamonds were originally part of a gold bar brooch, with a sapphire centre and a diamond on either side.

The pearls were provided by the client.
