abine van Gent commenced her goldsmith studies at the premier school for jewellery in The Netherlands and completed her training in South Africa in the early eighties. A period of teaching jewellery making in Ireland followed, after which she returned to Amsterdam to work exclusively with diamonds.
         Voyaging to Australia in 1990, she continued to work with diamonds before moving to Mudgee with her winemaker husband, where she set up a studio and workshop.
          Driven by love of design and a special feeling for working with precious materials, Sabine has developed a very individualistic approach in her quest to create beautiful jewellery. This has earned her many admirers of her work and
her vision.
          Sabine also has a talent for matching and creating personalised jewellery and jewellery for special events. Antique and old jewellery can be recreated and remodelled to suit your changing tastes and styles.
          Whether diamonds or pearls, silver or gold, Sabine creates jewellery which is a joy to wear, dramatic to exhibit, and a pleasure to own.
